Gentec strives to be the highest quality CNC Machine Shop in order to meet the requirements of our customers and to support a predictable supply chain. We are committed to the continuous improvement of our quality system by setting and measuring our goals, achieving the highest in customer satisfaction and consistently pursuing a higher standard in ourselves and our processes.
As of November of 2017, Gentec has achieved certification to AS9100 Rev D standard. This achievement is intended to show our commitment to quality and ongoing improvement of our quality system. We believe that quality should be the basis for all business conducted at Gentec.

ISO 13485 Medical Devices

Gentec Manufacturing accomplished ISO 13485 Quality Certification for Medical Devices in December 2023. This achievement continues our journey to reach the highest standards possible in our operation in order to support our clients and supply chain. We are very proud of this achievement and look forward to utilizing our processes as best possible for our clients.
Gentec utilizes and can provide the following Quality Control Processes and Documentation as requested by our clients:
- PPAP: Production Part Approval Process
- FAIR: First Article Inspection Report (AS 9102 Forms)
- IPI: In Process Inspection Forms
- Final QC: Final QC Inspection Forms
- SPC: Statistical Process Control

Our quality control department centers around a fully enclosed, 400 sq. ft climate controlled inspection room, including a brand new Coord3 5 axis CMM with PH20 Renishaw probe head and a late model Mitutoyo CMM. This includes ongoing training for inspectors and members of the manufacturing department. Every member of our production team is included in the quality training to ensure understanding throughout of the quality that we expect to achieve in our products.
At Gentec, everyone is considered a member of "Quality Control".
